Name: Taiwanese American Wellness Association.

We focus on the long-term cultivation and maintenance of physical and mental well-being in everyday life.

The Association is dedicated to promoting a holistic approach to health that emphasizes daily rhythms, bodily awareness, and emotional regulation. Well-being is not viewed as a short-term improvement or a measure of personal performance, but as a sustainable way of living that can be practiced across different stages of life. The body is understood not only as a set of biological functions, but as closely connected to emotions, memory, and daily experience.

 Wellness Workshops

Alongside interactive sessions led by wellness experts on stress management, mindful nutrition, and self-care, we periodically offer yoga, qigong, meditation, calligraphy, board games, and hands-on craft activities that invite movement, quiet reflection, and a return to a balanced rhythm of daily life.
